Do the headphones hurt when sleeping on your side?

Yes. The Cocoon Pro Mask is Bluetooth 5.3 compatible with all smartphones (iPhone, Samsung, Huawei, etc.) as well as tablets and computers.

Can I listen to ASMR, podcasts, meditation?
Absolutely. Compatible with all your favorite apps: Spotify, Calm, Petit Bambou, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and all others.

Is the size adjustable?
Yes. The adjustable elastic strap fits all head shapes. Designed to be comfortable for both small and large heads.

Are Bluetooth waves dangerous?
Bluetooth 5.3 emits very low intensity waves, well below European regulatory thresholds. It is used safely every night by thousands of people.

What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 15 business days within mainland France. You will receive a tracking number by email upon shipment.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from sav@cocoonparis.com with your tracking number.

Do you deliver outside France?
Yes, we deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-night satisfaction or money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at sav@cocoonparis.com within 30 days and we will issue a full refund.

How do I wash the mask?
The electronic module (Bluetooth + headphones) is removable and washable. Remove it before hand washing the fabric part in cold water. Do not machine wash.

My mask arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact us immediately at sav@cocoonparis.com with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
